Getting To Know Scott Ryan Tischler

PHOENIX, Arizona – Scott Ryan Tischler has many passions. From diamond hunting to assisting those in Africa, Tischler is focused on making the most of these passions. Wherever his endeavors take him, Tischler travels with an open mind and an open heart. He is always ready to tackle any adventure that comes his way.
Tischler initially became interested in the jewelry industry in 1998. He worked in a local jewelry store and made the decision that this was something he wanted to make a life out of. Passionate about diamonds and his customers, Tischler began traveling to Africa in search of the world’s finest diamonds. He wanted to give his customers the best.
Over the years, Tischler has traveled to various parts of Africa. He has met with hundreds of people to purchase diamonds, inspecting each one and making sure that they are acceptable for his customers. Kroo Bay in Sierra Leone holds a special place in Tischler’s heart. He often brings food to the people of Kroo Bay and paid for a young girl to attend school.
Tischler has decided that he wants to start a charity for the people of Kroo Bay and hopes to have it fully functioning by the end of the year. Tischler and his team want to eliminate poverty in Kroo Bay and give the people clean water. Africa clearly offers more than just diamonds for Tischler. It gives him the chance to make a difference in the lives of the people.
Scott Ryan Tischler is sure of three things when it comes to his business: he will not participate in the purchase of blood diamonds. He is dedicated to creating one-of-a kind jewelry. Lastly, he loves learning about his customers and forming a relationship with them. With a solid business model and a personable attitude, Tischler is sure to thrive in any endeavor he sets out on!

Scott Tischler Has New Jewelry Business In The Works

PHOENIX, Arizona - Scott Tischler has plans to launch a new jewelry business specializing in ring design. Tischler plans on creating a line of custom rings with the help of a designer, many of which will be specifically made for individual clients. The name of his new business has not yet been announced, but will be released closer to its opening day.

Tischler believes in running an ethical and legitimate business. He has visited Africa and African diamond mines many times, and he absolutely refuses to buy or sell blood diamonds. All of Scott Tischler’s diamonds are Kimberly Process Certified (KPC) which means that they have conflict-free origins and that profits made from their sale were not meant to finance violence. Tischler’s customers can feel at ease knowing that the diamonds they purchase only support legitimate businesses.

Diamonds are often given as a symbol of love, so Tischler believes that each piece of jewelry should be unique to serve as a representation of a unique and special love. Scott Tischler encourages customers to get involved with the design so that the jewelry has more meaning. Customers are given the opportunity to participate in creating original pieces that are true expressions of their feelings.

The one-of-a-kind nature of Scott Tischler’s jewelry means that it will take a bit more time to create. Tischler has found that every piece of jewelry has a related story and he puts an emphasis on learning the story behind the jewelry. The business will also feature pre-made jewelry that customers can choose from.

Tischler has not yet confirmed a launch date for his business, but expects it to open by the end of the year.

Scott Tischler Founds Charity

PHOENIX, Arizona - Scott Tischler, a diamond and jewelry entrepreneur, regularly travels to Africa in search of diamonds for his business. As he sees just how bad the quality of life is for many Africans, his trips to Africa are becoming less about diamonds and more about bringing relief to the poorer slums he’s seen during his travels.

Tischler has always tried to help the people of Africa during his visits. He often purchases and donates large bags of rice and has even paid for a young girl to attend four years of school. During a trip to Kroo Bay, a slum Sierra Leone, Scott had an experience that caused him to become even more driven to help its inhabitants.

Kroo Bay is located in Freetown, Sierra Leone and is situated below sea level at a junction of  two rivers and the Atlantic. The ground is covered in litter, and there is no electricity or running water. Kroo Bay is prone to flooding due to its location and most of its children are sick and malnourished. The people are in desperate need of safer shelters, food, and clean water.

Scott Tischler made it a habit to buy one hundred 50-Kilo bags of rice for the people of Kroo Bay which would last them a few months. One day, he decided to treat the children of the town by buying pastries also. When Tischler presented the baked goods to the Chief, he was asked to take a bite. Scott politely declined because they were meant for the children. The Chief responded, “You take a bite to prove you haven’t poisoned it.” Bewildered, Scott Tischler took a bite followed by excited cheers from the children.

Upset by the knowledge that the people of Kroo Bay needed to worry about being poisoned when they were already facing sordid living conditions, Scott Tischler is incredibly determined to help these people live better lives. It’s no small task and Tischler says, “it is very important that it is done correctly.” Tischler plans on having the charity up and running by the year’s end.
